FCCLA SERVICE OPPORTUNITY
Mason Bagley and other Union High FCCLA members conducted a Principal’s Pantry Drive. The food drive coincided with the student organization's monthly Cinnamon Roll Friday. FCCLA donated the proceeds from their fundraiser toward the Principal's Pantry for December. Donated items included single serve foods and socks for students in need. Thank you to Union High students, FCCLA members and Debby Arnold for helping us provide needed items

UHS Art Club has created a display of students' sticky note art.
Kylie Orme, one of the club presidents and our Art Sterling Scholar, explains: "Every person's art matters just like they do. Spread art and kindness to Union High School with our sticky note board that will be up in the commons! The world needs art and you!" We have been talking about how art can create social change, and this artwork celebrates positivity and the value of each student in our school. All students are invited to participate.

Hope Squad
The Spanish and art classes at Union High School collaborated to celebrate Day of the Dead and Halloween. Mrs. Jensen and Mrs. Sampson made sugar skulls after school and then students in both classes decorated sugar skulls, made banners and created festive folk art. There is a display of our art in the south hall by the computer classes.
